There's another reason for Sun employees to keep a golf-club swing's distance between themselves and Scott McNealy this week. His LinuxWorld keynote* - all except the jokes - has fallen into the hands of the press.

IDG has the scoop: Sun's "Big Bear" range will debut with the LX50 is a Pentium III based system, using two 1.4GHz processors, and will come bundled with GridEngine and Sun ONE software, reports IDG.

It's going to run Sun's own 'Sun Linux' distro, of course.
