Ms Pac-Man celebrates 25 years with Apple

Classic game comes to the iPod

Namco has released the hugely-popular Ms Pac-Man for the fifth-generation iPod. Like an old college mate who refuses to accept the world has moved on, Ms Pac-Man is still out there night after night, popping pills and running from ghosts down warp tunnels whilst listening to repetitive music.

While most of us have had to grown up since 1982* it's nice to occasionally drop by and see someone who hasn't - if only for a few hours, and to remind us why we decided not to stay in the last century.

Ms Pac-Man will be available for download through iTunes for $4.99. ®

* We know that Wikipedia says 1981, but Namco say 1982.
