Where is Texas

Hey where is Texas in all of this? I surely would have thought that we were on track to make a run at the top spot? We were not even mentioned? I know we talk of seceding but surely we are doing better the Florida? Besides they can't even keep the state data center cold? Who's Really Retiring there?

Well, since California will disappear with the next earthquake and Florida will disappear when the sea levels rise due to global warming, I guess the penguins will have the last laugh.
