"we would like to see if the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, which I believe it to be"

Er, no Dick, in a breakup or sale you want to see if the sum of the parts is greater than the whole. That's what we scientists call 'the opposite' of what you said.

Have you got that? Are you sure? How much do you get paid again? Can I have some, because it's quite clear that giving the money to some random commenter on The Register would, at this point, be better for TW shareholders than giving it to you.

Schtop! Schtop! Thish pressh releashe is not ready!

And as for "Communacopia" - that's a shocker of a word.

AOHell: the ISP for lusers

Posted Thursday 20th September 2007 00:17 GMT

It was bad enough back in the pre-Internet supremacy days; of all the "service networks" (Compuserve, Prodigy, AOL and such), it was AOL the most dummy one, targeting stupid people. It also was one that restricted a LOT the internet experience, locking users to use only AOL browser and AOL software for internet "connectivity". Which back in '96 was not even HTML 2.0 compatible, and worse than the first Mosaic versions.

Now well... it still is aimed at stupid people, but even MORE stupid because in this day and age, only someone retarded would choose $40+/mo *dialup* over similar-priced ADSL or Cable.

AOL is an ISP that deserves to die.
